SodaStream Carbonators & Exchange Program
Basics Plus only sends SodaStream Carbonators to Manhatten Residents (125th St. and below), through our Same Day Delivery service. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the goods we cannot ship CO2 carbonators outside the New York City area. If you are looking for SodaStream’s CO2 carbonators outside Manhattan, check with your local store or SodaStream's Exchange Program. Please note that all of our Basics Plus Stores in New York City sell carbonators and a wide range of other SodaStream products as well. Return Policy:
At Basics Plus, we constantly strive to meet all of our customer's needs and expectations. If unsatisfied with one of our products, you may return or exchange it at any one of our stores or send it to our Returns Department via mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read our return requirements below. If conditions are not met, Basics Plus Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of any items.
Returning an item by mail:
- The customer MUST contact us via phone (1-888-231-3277) or email us BEFORE sending an item back.
- When returning an item please ask your shipping carrier for a Tracking Number for your security.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and include all packing materials and accessories.
- Please include your return slip to your package.
- Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Basics Plus is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Please allow 10 business days from the date of warehouse receipt for a credit to appear on your bank statement.
